I had phone screening with Senior Staffing Specialist at Continental, Santa Barbara. I felt overall experience is demeaning and questioning my honesty. All my statements were red flagged without an opportunity to explain myself. She should understand interviewees contributions before coming to conclusions. If you are on other side of the table, it does not mean you can do as you wish.

Interview
Two stage interview process. Prior to interview, online IQ and aptitude test. First, multiple hiring managers (to screen if candidate is a good fit for other openings). Introductions followed by work experience summation, and technical Q&A with a strong focus on C programming. Second stage, HR interview on candidate expectations, communications skill and character suitability vis-a-vis corporate culture.

Foi bom, primeiramente ao entrar nas dependências da empresa todos os entrevistados passam por uma triagem, pois existem as normas de segurança, todos participam de uma palestra sobre a empresa, e são direcionados a entrevista.
