Interview
Applied for the job online, and was asked to take an online test. The online test include 2 types of tests, one of them being a mathematical test and the other a logic/pattern test. Passing that test, I was called to arrange an face-to-face interview.
Upon reaching the venue of the interview, I was given a paper test. This include some programming definition questions and some simple problem solving. After the given 30 minutes was up, I was called in to be interviewed by a senior software engineer. Questions include some of which from the written test and some questions that tests your problem-solving. Most of the questions test you on your OOP knowledge. Following that is an HR interview.

Very unprofessional interview. 3 people interviewed me. Firstly, kept Entering the interview room and exit . One was busy on phone . They don’t even respect the the time and money we invested in attending the interview in thier Office which is very very far from city . Secondly , they were constantly taunting the company I was working at the time of interview. I wonder if they have any professionalism . Only wrong thing what I did in the interview was so continue the interview and not walk out . Guys, the way you interview also tells your work culture!

Interview
Zunächst Inline-Bewerbung über das Karriereportal von Continental. Anschließend nach ca. 2 Wochen telefonische Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch. Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand mit den zwei zukünftigen Vorgesetzten/Betreuern statt. Wenige Fragen. Es wurde hauptsächlich das Unternehmen und die Aufgaben im Praktikum vorgestellt. Lediglich Fragen zu bisherigen Erfahrungen und zu Studiumsinhalten. Das Gespräch dauerte ca. 45 Minuten. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Telefonische Zusage von der Personalabteilung am folgenden Tag.
