2 F2F Technical followed by HR interview. They were cool. They made me feel comfortable. It was good experience. But they kept us wait for the result for longer periods.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Continental (Bengaluru) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was quite friendly and of on the clarity of concepts. There were rounds:
1)Written technical test.
2)1:1 technical round which went for an hour.
3)Managerial round (about your projects and generally to check your attitude and flexible you are).
4)HR round just formality.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Clinton, MS) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interview process was straightforward, phone screen, on site assessment, follow up phone call with Industrial Engineer Manager, then final phone call with Plant Manager. Interview went great, felt great afterward! Got the job offer, except it was for $10k less than my current position... They are leaning heavily on their benefits package, and the opportunity of a new facility. I told them thank you, and declined the offer. They were not interested in negotiating the salary to match my current position.
