Continental interview questions

The interviewer would first kindly introduce himself or herself. Then it would be Self introduction, past experience and some behaviroual questions that would not need as much preparation. The overall interview process is comfortable and fair.

Initial communication by phone after applying on the official website. 2 interviews, one per week, the first one with the team leader and the second one with the manager. Selection notification by phone after 5 days from the last interview.
