Continental interview questions

I have gone through 3 rounds. First is telephonic, second is face to face interview and the third round is managerial. They scheduled the interview at 8:30AM and even by 11:00AM the interview wasn't taken as the director is busy. Then why to schedule interview at first place? I have gone to company 2 times - 2 different days for 2 rounds. Later how much ever i tried to contact HR for the result, there is no response. It's not about one has to get the offer atleast you should notify the person whether they are selected or not for the effort they had put in for that time. This clearly shows they don't respect people.

Assessment Centre+ 4 Rounds of Interview. Managers are cooperative that way. They ask many personality questions and give real-life situations to act upon. The experience was fine and was offered a final offer. There is nothing more to add here additionally.
