Continental interview questions

Took months for a interview date, I applied at the end of june, start of july and got an offer in August, almost September. Interview was ok, they said they are going to get in touch after, in maximum 2 weeks. Good an email exactly 2 weeks after with a rejection after the interview went ok, in my opinion. Other friend had a brother there and he wrote her recommendation. In 2 says she had an offer. Salary 2 times bigger then the beginners. No previous experience. A great place to work.
