Continental interview questions

Interview was of 4 rounds , 1 assessment, 2 technical and 1 HR round . Questions were mostly on the skills mentioned in the resume. Assessment included analytical and programming questions. In 2 technical rounds detailed subject oriented questions were asked.HR round was final.

The interview process took 3 phases: a first HR interview, a second technical interview and one last interview with the head manager of the unit I was applying. Most of the question were CV related and behavioral questions
