Continental interview questions

You have to take an online logic quiz, that can take up to an hour, and afterwards a technical test. The technical test was ok, not to easy or hard. What annoyed me was that after the first interview they said that I am not a fit right now, but I'll be reconsidered after a couple of months. After a couple of months I was called to an interview of a completely different position, so I declined to participate to the new interview.

I completed 3 rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second with regional HR to review salary expectations etc.. The last interview was with both the hiring manager and the operations manager of the site I would be working at
