I applied online. I received an email requesting a phone interview with a recruiter, I was able to pick the day and time. It went very well and was told to wait for the request for a web interview. That also went well and was offered the job during the interview.

Tell me about a situation you had with an irate customer and how you handled it?
Did role playing situations where she was the customer to see how I would respond.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Conduent (Boise, ID)
Interview
The phone interview went very well. The interviewer was very professional. They asked me about my skill set and background related to my experience. I made it to the second interview, which was the polar opposite. I walked in at 10 am, when it started and while I introduced myself, after that, I was virtually ignored. Many of the people in the group interview were female and the interviewer seemed to favor them over the men, especially when questions were being answered. The interviewer wasn’t even that nice to me the whole time I was there.

In the first interview, the interviewer asked: How much Customer Service experience do you have?
Brief phone screen detailing the position, possible hours during training, and the salary. There was then an in office group interview with two recruiters and approximately 10 other candidates. In addition to interview style questions there was also a role play question.
