Conduent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was easy. I was assigned to video tech support. During training we didn't learn anything about video tech all we learned about was making sales. Now that I am dealing with angry customers who are calling in for their cable problems I don't know what the heck to do. Salinger to these hostile customers only makes them angrier.

Group interview, more of a sales event. Felt very uncomfortable, role play and puzzle solving. No water offered over a period of two hours. No personal interview, no chance to discuss things in private.
