It is an video interview. Before you are even given an offer they want to view your workspace. The interviewer sent an email saying that he wanted to view my workspace. Along with the entire area around it. He even said of what is not allowed in the workspace (pens, pencils, paper, and phones) before he even interviewed me. The video interview consisted of basic questions.

Barely asked me any questions about myself, it seems like they will hire anyone without knowing anything about them. Manager was extremely condescending and arrogant, and treated me like I was an idiot. Despite all the negative reviews, I still gave this place a chance and that was a big mistake. Company seems to encourage overworking and burnout. Was told that lunches are 'optional' and that I wouldn't even have time to grab a cup of coffee as a remote employee.
