Select comprises of four rounds of discussions. Each round is briefly described below:
round1: with HR: You are asked questions related to notice period, Mandatory skills and relevant experience required.
Round 2: With Technical manager: questions are related to SQL, VBA, and excel.
Round 3: Hiring manager round: questions will be on understanding around operational excellence, tools and techniques used, projects worked on.
Round 4: salary negotiation with HR.
