Conduent Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

the interview process was a fairly long ,well over 100 job seekers was there the process took well over 6 hours . i waited for over 2 hours before actually going into the interview process which was the broken down in a series of about 4 different screening ,testing an so on

I went in did my typing test then I was approved to go for a interview with the hiring manager. The questions were pretty easy I was hired on the spot.
