I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Conduent (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
It was nice at first had to do an assessment to see home many WPM I could type. I didn't get it the first time but I was close so they let me practice a little bit and then try again which helped me meet the requirement. After that I met with the recruiter and he couldn't offer me a job immediately because he didn't know what my college schedule would be in 6 months. Then they said that they would email me with other job opportunities in the company that are hiring immediately, but that never happened. So I'm going to their other branch in town to see if they're any more accepting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Anchorage, AK) in Dec 2013
Interview
First, they pulled me into one of their conference rooms with three people, two were managers and one was the HR at the time. They took turns round-robin asking me questions. After a week of not hearing anything, I got another interview, this time with two different department managers. This time they asked more job specifics on what I liked doing in terms of work processes and flow.

Question 1
What was the most difficult situation you've ever had with a customer?
Testing and quick interview. The testing was not hard and the recruiter had basic questions. Very casual office and they seemed to be doing a lot of hiring. There is a drug test and background check that you will need to pass.
