Conduent CSR interview questions

Very easy, interviewer was nice too. The atmosphere of the call was very calm, I was not worried at all with any of the questions asked, would recommend based on the easiness of the interview alone. I loved the questions asked and the timeframe was not long at all.

There will be three rounds of interview 1.HR round 2.Versant Round 3,Ops Round In the Hr round basics related to csr role will be asked and versant round comprises english fluency check and Ops round is scenario based questions.
