Very simple interview process. A questionnaire was filled out. They had an in person interview, followed by a phone testing. To see the sound of your phone voice. As long as you can talk clearly, and explain your goals, you should be fine.
Was easy, the acquisition teams will guide you through everything. You need to be there early, so that you can be done earlier, and if you fail your final interview you can be interviewed again for a different acount

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
