Interview
First there is a normal HR round, where in the HR will just ask you about your self, personal questions, question about your education and job experience.
Second round is a quality round, where in the quality manger will ask you some questions to check your English, grammar and your accent.
Third round will be operations round, where in the operation manager will test your stability.
Was easy, the acquisition teams will guide you through everything. You need to be there early, so that you can be done earlier, and if you fail your final interview you can be interviewed again for a different acount

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
