Interview
There are about a total of 15 situation questions. Everything went smoothly, however, I do not receive any offer after 2 days. There is also another role play. We need to answer the phone like in a real call centre. The situation was provided to us 5 mintues prior to the role play.
Was easy, the acquisition teams will guide you through everything. You need to be there early, so that you can be done earlier, and if you fail your final interview you can be interviewed again for a different acount

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
