I applied online. I was scheduled for an interview within a week. Interview lasted about thirty minutes and requires some role playing to determine your level of comfort in identifying and solving technical issues. You will also need to take a basic assessment test.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
