The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with a brief screening, followed by a relaxed interview where the questions were mostly about my background, motivation, and basic skills. The atmosphere was friendly, and the conversation flowed naturally, so it didn’t feel too intense or complicated.

Completed extensive assessments including typing test, speaking assessment, screening interview, and aptitude tests. Received generic rejection with no feedback or explanation after significant time investment. Recommendation: Improve candidate communication and provide feedback after multi-stage assessment processes.
