Interview
Applied online, was called one week later and was asked a few basic questions eg. Why did you leave your old job? Describe a time when you had a angry customer and what you did you resolve it? What does good customer service mean to you? Etc.
That same day I was scheduled a interview for the next week.
The interview was really easy. The interviewer was nice. He talked about the company and asked questions about availability, are you dedicated? in 3 words what would your former boss say about you?? What can you bring to the company? Etc. Again extremely basic.
My interview was yesterday so fingers crossed..
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix in Jan 2014

Waited for 1 hour to be called for the interview but it was worth the wait. Nice interviewer.
But I asked for a non voice position, they put me in a Voice. Final interviewer is kind.
