Very simple and easy going. All situational questions, so have your examples ready! I interviewed earlier today and I'm waiting to hear back. I also like that they let me know that it was for a "call center" position, because I've read and heard so many negative things about call centers. I'm actually excited to hear back.

Very laid back interview. Operations Manager dressed casual, jeans & tennis shoes. Outlined rules and regulations during interview. Explained bonus and how to qualify for monthly and quarterly bonus. Was able to observe call center floor during interview.He was friendly and personable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Explained hiring process and training classes. Explained schedule and how stack ranking worked.

Interview
It was very simple.. basic testing including computer skills, personal evaluation, a paper test asking computer trouble shooting questions,then and interview and after you have your decision . Training started and then we had nesting before we started taking calls on our own
