Quite simple to get a job. I did phone interview after doing the internet assessment . I did the network connectivity check too. There is a minimum upload and download data quality requirement

The interview process was held in 2 parts . One was telephonic interview where basic questions have been asked by the HR and in the second round some head official took my interview in which questions like family background and work life balance have been asked.
