Compass Group USA interview questions

The interview process was very thorough it gives you an opportunity to show your facilitation prowess. Not only did I interview with the hiring manager but I was asked to facilitate a 30 min ppt at a local account with 2 account directors. The best part was feedback was provided on the spot.

I recorded a video interview. The questions were pretty standard and it was just me and video platform. The questions were presented in written form and I would record my answers on camera. There were about 5 questions and I received a call a few weeks later by a recruiter.
