Compass Group Team Leader interview questions

Was a group session, where we were briefed on the roles and responsibilities of the job. Then given an induction to the cleaning tasks that the job required. It was not really an interview, per say, as everyone there was offered the job. You had to bring documentation that proved you were elligible to work in this country, and proof of ID (passport). This was so they could register you straight away on the system and get you working as soon as possible.
