Interview
The first step was a phone call with RH, and later an interview where they did some technical questions and a simple test, and later a great conversation about Design Patterns, Technology, and Architecture

Interview
Positive experience overall with 3 stages in total.
1st Interview was fairly basic Teams chat
2nd Interview in-person presentation on Compass Group specifics and macro environment
3rd Interview in-person presenting a task I had to prepare - technical finance --> Power Query, Power BI, Data solutioning, Process flow, Overall finance picture
I personally did not find the interview very difficult, however some roles have niche requirements and finance + techy data is becoming more common but still a rare skills combo.
