The first step after my application was submitted, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Then I spoke with the local safety person in a one on one interview. This was followed by a panel interview with the account's operations team. My last interview was with the VP of Operational Safety. Depending on the needs, you may interview several times before they offer you a position.
