You apply, few days later you get called to an interview based on behavioural interview and the company's pillars. They seem very nice, but will tell you snything to get you to accept their offer. They do not honor what they promise you unless its eritten down, so make sure its all written down, insist on it as they are VERY SNEAKY!!
