Compass Group Bid Writer interview questions

Complete farce! First interview in Uxbridge for a role with Chartwells, during which it became obvious the interviewer knew nothing about written English (did a spelling/grammar test and found more mistakes than she said there were!). Was invited for second interview at another location, told the job was mine, then the next day was told it was no longer available but could I be interviewed again in 3 months? Then a week later was told I had got another job in a different part of the business and could I start immediately? Should have heeded the warning signs from the outset. Joke company, full of backstabbers (Chidley, Sefton, Pollard, O'Keefe), avoid at all costs.
