Compass Group Assistant Manager interview questions

Was scheduled for an interview in person. Went over only relative experience I had as a manager previously and scenarios in regards to customer service in the hospitality industry. Was a relatively easy interview, no hard questions only looked for general experience and situation based solutions

Only did an in person interview, roughly 30 minutes. General questions on background of work, and scenarios based on customer service . No follow up email or phone interviews. Was offered job same day a few hours later.
