Columbia University interview questions

I recently interviewed at Columbia University and went through a two round process. The first was a virtual interview with the Director of Operations, and the second was an in person panel with the entire team. It lasted about three hour which I learned, is pretty standard in higher ed. I was nervous at first, but everyone I met was professional, friendly, and welcoming. That helped ease the pressure and allowed me to focus on showing my work ethic. I highly recommend practicing answers to office management, technology, and scenario-based questions, it really helped me feel more prepared. Pro tip: bring a bottle of water, trust me, you'll be glad you did. 😊
