Based on the team you are hiring for. Had one very casual interview. Basically told me I got the job then and there. Told me a bit about the project, asked me about my current skills, and what I hope to do in the future.

Very encouraging and fair. I was asked relevant questions to my degree. My advisor provided me clear expectations for my program. I was asked questions related to DSP and ML.
