Coloplast interview questions

The manager of the department was so nice and straight forward. The process and position requirements were described in detail and professional way. The second phase of process included and shl and personality exam. The final stage was based on test results and led bu HR. The HR person was also nice but she has some difficulties in her speech in English.

4 rounds of interviews plus personality test. First interview is for a feeler of the position. 2nd interview is to meet with manager and go over job details. 3rd interview is for department managers plus hiring manager. 4th interview is salary expectations and offer of employment
