Coloplast interview questions

It was one of the most pleasant and respectful interview experiences I’ve had. The empathy Coloplast shows toward patients is truly reflected in the way they approach their hiring process—warm, human, and thoughtful. I also appreciated the transparency and promptness of their communication. They did not wait to respond until the hiring process was complete.

The interview process was very lengthy. There were 7 interviews total with a recruiter, Regional Manager twice, additional regional manager, Sales Director and an HR Director. The process seemed a bit much but its is the norm.
