Coloplast interview questions

This was a 4-step interview process. I met with 2 team managers separately after having met with each department team. The process itself was not painful but they were very slow to provide me with any next steps between rounds and ultimately, even slower to provide me with their decision (long after they had made it).

I was in the recruitment process of Graduate Programme. The process started with three online tests, i.e. logical, numeral and verbal reasoning. Not easy ones. Then I proceeded to a Skype call. Before the Skype call, it was all very nice. The headquarters' HR manager revealed all the information for the tests to keep the process fair (because some candidates asked about the system of the online tests, some didn't). But the Skype call was not pleasant. the HR questioned about my age in the beginning... I didn't think it's proper and felt uncomfortable. Other than that, they questioned about CV, previous working experiences and marketing knowledge about Pharma Industry.
