The process went very quickly, less than a week. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, we talked about previous experience, how I fit into the role, and what I was looking for in the opportunity. I was scheduled for an in person interview while on the phone interview. I was on-site in Minneapolis the two later. 3 interviews, one with the hiring manager and her counter part, one with two supervisors, and one with a company VP. The process took just short of 3 hours. Each interview was directed at behavioral responses, past experience, and what I was looking for in the role. The interview with the VP was more questions geared toward processing through questions (somewhat bizarre scenarios) and questions about character and why I felt I was a good fit for the role.
I left the interview, heard back from the hiring manager the same day with a job offer.
I also took the company assessment prior to the onsite interview.
