Coloplast interview questions

Due to COVID19 this interview took place through MS teams. 2 interviews, first one with manager, second one with team and HR added to that. personality tests will be requested after the first interview, if selected for further steps.

I found the interview process at Coloplast to be really productive. Everyone I spoke to was engaged and responsive. The process was quick, took about three weeks. I did a phone screen with HR, call with the hiring manager, and virtual interviews with team members. I was notified personally that they wouldn’t be extending an offer, and I really appreciated that. I rated this interview process as “difficult” solely because of the test they have everyone take prior to final interviews. It was a four parter: personality, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and inductive reasoning. It was quite difficult and time consuming, and they don’t tell you how you did. But overall, I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed throughout the process.
