Coloplast interview questions

After two weeks I got an invitation on short notice for a videocall on a friday for the next monday. Due to a full time job I was not able to accept and asked to find a new time. The interviewer/future manager suggested having this interview in my lunch break? Finally we found a date and time. this was scheduled for half an hour - in the end it took over an hour! After a short introdcution the interviewer asked to come up with my whole cv. She asked a lot of questions and in the end there was not much time for me to ask my questions. It felt that the interviewer wanted to cut of the call due to the next meeting. I was told to get an information about further steps in the next days. nothing happend. After one week I received an email without my name with mail merge fields that the process has been delayed and they will get back to me. One month later without any information I accidently realized I was not able to withdraw my application in their career system, The message was: „failed to withdraw job. You have already been disqualified for this job“. I have never felt and experienced that unappreciated and discriminated within an application process. There is no excuse for such behavoir after you have had an interview. You can not forget a candidate with whom you had an interview and not inform about rejection or giving a chance of feedback. Advise: train your experts if they recruit someone and make the process as easy as possible - not planning three interviews for the process for an expert position!
