Collins Aerospace interview questions

Was contacted few weeks after application to setup interview. It was a panel interview. They each had 3-4 questions for me regarding my experience and what the job demands. Got a call back the day after the interview with an offer.

2 stage process: firstly meeting the hiring manager and a technical colleague from within the team to be involved in. Secondly, an interview with the principal engineering manager, product line manager and technical program lead drilling down into scrum experience and behaviour based scenarios and how they would be handled by you.
