I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace
Interview
You get an email telling you to video record yourself within 48 hours by answering questions. No phone call first, no personal contact in the email, completely automated. They expect you to have time and energy after work to dress for a real interview and answer long questions in a very short timed recording, like 1 minute per question.

Interview
The first part was a phone call with the recruiter. This was laid back and only asked 1 or 2 behavioral questions. The recruiter was very friendly. Second round was a zoom call with the hiring manager and other members of the group. This was mostly going over experience and some situational questions. Third round was also virtual (usually would be on-site). This was with the chief of engineering and hiring manager. Some technical and behavioral questions. This interview was quick and I think it was because they had already made up their mind to move on since I did not have enough experience in that field.

What information would you gather if you were told you had to make a new design? What would you do if you had to compare two op amps?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace in Sep 2021
Interview
Good questions asked technically and hr was also asking on how well you equip to the organization. Interview experience was good but expect Little more maturity in interview experience. Overall it is good it's better to be prepared though roughly if applying for a job.
