Collins Aerospace interview questions

Online teams interview with team members of varying levels of experience. Then followed by an in person interview at the Lane Cove office with the Engineering Director and a small tour of some of the facilities.

C&MA Co-op role: Hireview, then months later 1 on 1 with the manager, then a panel with the team. Mostly basic behavioral questions like greastest strength and weakness and walk me through your resume. Some technical questions but they are just about your past experience. Overall easy and doable.
