Collins Aerospace interview questions

Two phone screens and one full day of on site interviews. About five to six on site interviews with different folks in the department. On site was a mix of technical and behavioral interviews.

Was invited in for an interview day, split into 3 areas: - Group Exercise - Presentation - Individual Interview This was from 9am - 3pm. They assess the whole day, enjoyable experience and was nice to be able to see what the company was like from the inside and be able to meet the team and build connections.
