Collins Aerospace interview questions

Was not asked about my personal skills was very laid back not sure how they determine candidate skills had to do a self interview which I was not a fan of

Online video interview, followed by phone interview and in person interview. Interview was very professional and well put together. Questioning wasn’t too difficult and pertained to the position. In person interview was a panel interview with 4 people.
