Collins Aerospace interview questions

Group task, Individual Presentation, Individual final interview. Inlcuding a site visit. Spoke to current graduates/ new employees from different sectors of the business. Overall average difficulty quite a few people at once on the day

The interview process consisted of a Technical Round, which was scheduled for 1 hour. After 1 hour,completed, Asked to design a internet browser, gave time and asked to join another meeting to discuss the same for half an hour no one joined. After 3 weeks schedules a Manager Round. After joining ame to know it's a Technical Round. Same set of questions asked again by another person. Finally they said my expected salary is too high. Never had the recruiter or the HR spoke about the expectations is high or need to negotiate. Took 2 months of time to finally know that it was salary issue.
