The interview process usually starts with a screening followed by a technical or teaching round then continues with interviews that assess communication subject knowledge and ability to engage students effectively online.

Although they indicated significant interest in experience and background, there was no communication after the second interview. I believe that age was a major consideration….even though they were aware prior to the second interview.
