Hiring managers were very polite and welcoming. The interview was quite quick (maybe 7-10 minutes); no technical questions were asked. Questions were related to my personal interests, future plans, creativity, etc... I also heard back from them quite quickly after the interview.
I had a phone interview first and then had an onsite interview where I talked with the manager of the team and several members of the team. We discussed experiences I had in school and I also answered some situational questions.

Question 1
How have you handled a situation where there was a conflict with a team member?
I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Nov 2019
Interview
After applying online, the recruiter reached out for an interview within a few days. We set up a call, and I spoke with several managers on the phone. A few days after the interview, I heard from the recruiter again expressing interest in an in-person interview on-site. I worked with the recruiter to set up flights and hotels. I arrived on-site and was given a tour of the facilities, then was brought into a conference room. I spoke with two different managers at this point. This process took about 2-3 hours. Afterwards, the interviewers took me to lunch before leaving for my flight.
