Collins Aerospace interview questions

The senior manager makes a comment did you stay in the hotel last night? (I drove over 7 hours, burned a PTO day, and paid for my own meal). He goes on to ask me about my background and as I am in the middle of providing information to answer his question - he gets up and states he is late for a meeting and has to go.

Have to submit a recorded video answering a few questions. They use this to screen you out as a potential candidate. This process is unfair to introverts. Introverts have just as much to offer as extroverts if not more.
