The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace
Interview
Submitted the application online and was invited to submit a recorded interview. Completed that step and a week and a half later I was contacted by someone on the HR team to set up interviews via Zoom.
Completed 3 rounds of interviews, two each with two members of the team and a final interview with the hiring manager. The interviews were a pleasant experience and the interviewers seemed well prepared and enthusiastic about the team. The interview with the hiring manager was equally well-conducted.
Following the last interview, I heard nothing for two weeks until I received an automated email telling me that the position had been cancelled. It seems unprofessional to find out about this update by an automated message. Someone in HR, on the recruiting team, or on the hiring team itself could have taken a few minutes to let me know that they were not able to hire for the position. The way this ended makes it seem like my time meant nothing to the company.

Walk us through your strategy planning experience.
It was a very straight forward interview with good questions and the reply time was always quick. Would recommend. Collins Aero is a good company and I had a good experience.
