One of the questions they asked was about my knowledge of their activities and projects, which highlighted the importance of researching the company beforehand.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Wolverhampton, Inglaterra) in May 2023
Interview
1 day assessment centre consisting of a group task, a presentation and an interview. The group task was to rank the items you’d need on a moon walk, and the presentation is one about yourself and an actuated design PDR. After putting a lot of effort into preparing for a day long assessment centre I would have appreciated it if Collins took the time to let me know that I had not gotten the job especially after they specifically told me within two weeks I would have been given detailed feedback on my experience. The lack of communication I received post interview felt a little unprofessional as my attempts to gain feedback had been repeatedly ignored.
