Coldwell Banker Sales Associate interview questions

Very nice interviewer. Friendly, wanted to see my personality and communication skills since it was a sales based job. Ran through my resume, asked about some of my experiences, what I learned, how I handled a conflict, my real estate background.

Interview process was pretty simple. Walked right in and asked to speak with the broker. Mainly wanted to know about what drove you and if you can work independently.
